All products that we offer contain custom design and personalized therefore unless there was an error made by us, we cannot accept returns at this time including products such as banners, bookmarks, business cards, rack cards, decals, brochures etc.

All of our monthly maintenance programs can be billed monthly and require no long term contracts. You may cancel a maintenance plan at any time, for any reason. Qlixite is not responsible for lack of use of any of our products or plans and no credit will be given for lack of use of a product or service. It is up to the client to submit or request changes, updates or other modifications to maximize services offered. There are not returns offered on social media or website products/services.
