What kind of formats can my design be delivered in?
What kind do you need? We have very few limitations to the type of file we can deliver to you or your printer.

Do you design in CMYK or RGB?
Depends. Most visual media shown on computer screens is designed in RGB as this is the color format that most standard monitors are calibrated to. For professionally printed products, we design in CMYK to ensure proper color conversion. For this reason we usually point out that the design that you approve (via your computer screen) may appear slightly different in print.

Do you color match?
We currently work very hard to match the colors of your design however we cannot guarantee that your advertisement will match 'perfectly' due to our lack of control of the printer, inks, monitor variations etc.

What if my design requires more time than I have paid for?
After you place your order, we will call you to consult on your project. If it appears your project will require additional time, we will let you know ahead of time so that you can approve any additional charges. All payments must be paid in full before delivery of design.

Are their any limitations to what you will design?
Not really however, we will refuse to outright copy another designer artwork or company logo.

How long does it take to design my project?
After we receive your order - we will contact your for more information about your design. It can take 2-3 business days to create your design.

1. Custom Quote 
Take a moment to request a quote for your project. Our marketing specialist will contact you to get the details of your needs and give you a deadline estimate.

2. Send us Relevant Files 
It's important that you send us any graphics or images that you would like included in the design. This includes logos, certifications, store images etc. Don't worry about social icons - we have plenty of those in stock.

3. We Create a Design 
Our graphic designer will be assigned to your project and work closely with the marketing specialist to create your project. 

4. Review 
Your initial design will be emailed to you for your review. Respond with changes or call us to discuss.  

5. Revisions 
You will enjoy 2 revisions free with your project! Once the design is correct and ready to use - simply send us an email to confirm. We require you to approve your design in writing.

7. Delivery 
We deliver your design via email in the format you need or we can email it directly to your printer.
