What website builder do you use to design websites?We are partial to Wix and Shopify for most websites however, we also have experience with GoDaddy and other industry-related builders. We pick these website builders because they are user-friendly and have a great support system to help when you have questions. We do not work with Wordpress websites because they are not user-friendly. We have nothing against this platform, it just doesn't align with our mission to make website management accessible for non-techy small businesses.

How many pages do I need?This really varies depending on your type of business but there are some pages we believe EVER business website should have: • About page • Contact page with form • Products/Services • FAQs • Privacy Policy We also believe that you should include reviews on your website although, you don't need a page dedicated to this feature.

Will my website show up on page one of Google?This will depend. Search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing etc. index your website looking at the content to determine what is on the page and who might be looking for it. It is vital to include content on each page of your website that is rich in relevant keywords and phrases that will help the search engines understand your site. It is also important that your website stays updated. Search engines use complex algorithms so there is never a "guarantee" that you will show up on page one without actually paying for placement.

Do I need professional images for my website?No! We have access to hundreds of royalty-free images and backgrounds that can be used to give your website a professional appearance. That being said - real photos of you, your office/work site and team can really help make your business trustworthy online. We can give you some tips to take photos for your website.

Are your logo designs original?Yes, every logo we create is uniquely designed for each client. We will access stock images or clipart graphics but the arrangement and design will never be re-used or sold to another client.

Do I own my logo?Yes! Once you have approved your final design - it's yours. Please keep in mind that all other sample designs created throughout the process are not yours to use unless prior arrangements are made.

Will you copy or recreate another logo?We will remodel a logo that you currently maintain the rights to however we will not copy or recreate another company's logo design. This practice is illegal.

What if I don't like any of the initial designs you send me?To be honest, it's never happened but if you are truly unhappy with the 3 initial logo designs, we will happily refund your money.

What if I change my mind during the revisions phase and want additional designs created?We will be happy to create additional designs for you at our hourly design rate.

What if I lose my logo files?Don't worry! We keep a back-up of your files and will be happy to burn another copy.

What if a printer needs a different type of file in the future?Just gives us a call and we'll send your file in the proper format - no extra charge.

What kind of formats can my design be delivered in?What kind do you need? We have very few limitations to the type of file we can deliver to you or your printer.

Do you design in CMYK or RGB?Depends. Most visual media shown on computer screens is designed in RGB as this is the color format that most standard monitors are calibrated to. For professionally printed products, we design in CMYK to ensure proper color conversion. For this reason we usually point out that the design that you approve (via your computer screen) may appear slightly different in print.

Do you color match?We currently work very hard to match the colors of your design however we cannot guarantee that your advertisement will match 'perfectly' due to our lack of control of the printer, inks, monitor variations etc.

What if my design requires more time than I have paid for?After you place your order, we will call you to consult on your project. If it appears your project will require additional time, we will let you know ahead of time so that you can approve any additional charges. All payments must be paid in full before delivery of design.

Are their any limitations to what you will design?Not really however, we will refuse to outright copy another designer artwork or company logo.
